Pizza Eggs??

You read that right. Yes, Pizza Eggs! One of my kids' favorites for breakfast was this yummy concoction of leftover pizza and scrambled eggs. I know it sounds crazy, but it really is delicious.

And it doesn't matter what type of pizza you use - veggie, meat, combo, or cheese - they all work. There were many, many mornings of the kids and their friends sitting at the kitchen counter waiting for pizza eggs when they were growing up. Now, they make it for their own families.
